Does WinFax Pro10 Software work with AHT OneRip 2?

Solution

A WinFax Pro10 Software Option is available for the OneRip 2 solution. Fax from a KonicaMinolta legacy MFP that previously did not offer fax capabilities.

When connecting multiple printers to the OneRIP 2 server, all connected printers are enabled with faxing. The MFPs do not require a fax board. Working as

the Scan to E-mail function, simply insert the fax number in place of an E-mail address, and proceed. The WinFax Pro Option supports the following devices:

Di551/Di650, 7155/7165

Di750, 7075

bizhub Di470

bizhub Di5501/Di7210, bizhub Di7255/7272

The handle on the top of the Fusing Unit (p/n 4002577102) has been discontinued in order to prevent accidental dropping of the Fusing unit.

Description

When print jobs are sent from the controller, the Job List light comes on momentarily and then the job disappears. Copy Track for the printer is enabled on the

copier.

Solution

CAUSE: Incorrect number used. If Copy Track is enabled for the printer and a print job is received without a valid Account Number (NOT Access Code), the

job will be processed by the controller but rejected by the copier. The copier will delete the print job and briefly display the C-1842 error code.

SOLUTION:

Use the account number (instead of the access code) when sending print jobs.

Paper jams out of every tray except the bypass tray. Paper is stopped at the fuser exit, just entering the finisher.

Solution

CAUSE: The actuator for PC2 (transport sensor), located just before the transport roller in the horizontal transport is worn. The friction of the paper passing

over this sensor causes it to wear.

SOLUTION: Replace PC2 (sensor and actuator - p/n 4002-0902-01). The part is for the entire sensor assembly. The assembly includes the sensor, actuator,

and mounting bracket.
